systeme.io charged me and I want a refund. Will they give me one?

Short answer

Not guaranteed, but not ruled out either. systeme.io's terms and conditions state that subscriptions are non-refundable, while its support page says refund requests are reviewed case by case and that special circumstances are considered. There is no self-service refund request. You contact support and ask.

What their own terms say

systeme.io's terms and conditions state that subscriptions are non-refundable. That is the starting position, and it is worth knowing before you write in expecting an automatic yes.

What support says once you actually ask

Its own troubleshooting page softens that considerably. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis, and systeme.io states outright that it remains open to special circumstances despite what the terms say. Contacting support is how you find out whether yours qualifies.

There is no button for this

Nowhere does systeme.io document a self-service refund request for your own subscription. The instruction is to contact support and ask whether you are eligible, which puts the decision inside a conversation rather than behind a form with a guaranteed outcome.

If a refund is actually approved

systeme.io states that a refund can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment method. Its own advice for a refund that has not shown up starts by asking whether the subscription was actually cancelled. If it is still showing as active, that gets resolved first, and support says it will help finish the cancellation quickly.

A different question this is not

None of this is the process for refunding a customer who bought something from you. That is a separate action inside your own systeme.io Transactions list, and it works differently: it does not depend on a special-circumstances review, and it is all or nothing rather than case by case.
