What is systeme.io support actually like?
Email is the only support channel. systeme.io publishes an average response time of around two hours and says the team is available every day, but it publishes no maximum, no target and no live chat.
The channels
| Channel | Available | What systeme.io says |
|---|---|---|
| Email form | Yes | All support requests are handled through email, and the way in is a form on the contact page |
| Live chat | No | Stated plainly: support is not provided by live chat |
| Phone | No, as a general rule | Assistance is primarily by email. Two types of scheduled call exist, both booked through support |
| Facebook group | Yes, for some questions | For marketing strategy and how to use the platform. Not for technical problems or subscription questions |
Nothing systeme.io publishes describes a ticket portal or a queue position. The form is the documented way in, and the answer comes back as an email.
Hours
systeme.io's hours article states the team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The contact page repeats the 24/7 figure.
Its live chat article words it slightly differently: seven days a week, including holidays and weekends. No exception for public holidays is published anywhere.
The translated contact forms mostly agree. The Spanish and German versions both carry the round-the-clock claim. The French version says seven days a week and drops the 24 hours, which is the one place the wording does not line up.
How long a reply takes
What is published is an average, not a commitment. The distinction matters, because an average carries no worst case.
- The contact page: an average response time of 2 hours, with a note that it may vary depending on the volume of enquiries.
- The phone support article: an average response time of under 2 hours.
- The live chat article: approximately 2 hours.
- The pricing page: an average response time of under 2 hours, 7 days a week.
No maximum response time and no service level appears on any of those pages. The only qualifier attached to the number anywhere is the note about volume.
Languages
systeme.io does not publish which languages its support team answers in.
What can be seen is the intake. The help centre is published in English only, with no language switcher on it. The contact form is a different story: it is fully translated on the French, Spanish and German addresses of the site, each asking for the same three things in that language. None of those pages says what language the answer comes back in.
One language rule is written down, and it applies to the community channel rather than to support: posts in the Facebook group must be written in English.
The two calls
Both are on Google Meet, and both are arranged by a support member after an email request rather than booked from a calendar.
| Kickstart coaching session | Technical call | |
|---|---|---|
| Length | 1 hour | 2 hours |
| Price | Free | $57, one off |
| Who can have one | Any annual plan, or the Unlimited monthly plan | Anybody |
The technical call is described as a general overview of the features with time for questions, and is the route offered to anyone who does not qualify for the free session.
The specialist team
Deliverability is handled separately. systeme.io names a dedicated deliverability service, reachable through support, covering bounces, DMARC reports and sending practice. Its migration guidance describes that service as available seven days a week.
What happens when an answer is wrong
Every support email carries a rating control at the bottom of the message, asking how the reply would be rated: Great, Okay or Not Good, with a comment box for the reasoning.
Beyond that, the published route is replying to the same email to explain what is still unresolved. No escalation path, complaints procedure or second-line team is described.
One thing support does that is not troubleshooting
Connecting a custom domain. systeme.io's support team will set up and authenticate the DNS for a domain you already own, at no charge, on any plan including the free one. It is a request rather than a problem report, and unlike the free migration it carries no plan condition.
