Where did my funnels go?

Check the Inactive filter first

systeme.io's support team names this as the first thing to look at, and the documented behaviour behind it is that a deactivated funnel no longer appears in the active list.

Nothing has been removed at that point. The list is filtered, and the funnel has fallen outside the filter.

Open the Sites tab and click Sales funnels. In the search filter field, select Inactive, then click Filter. What comes back is the list of inactive funnels.

Switching one back on

Find the funnel in that inactive list, hover over the three dots, and select Activate.

A popup asks you to confirm. Once you do, a notification appears at the top of the screen saying the activation worked, and the funnel is live again.

If it is in neither list

Then the filter is not the explanation. Funnels can also be permanently deleted, and support points at deletion as the likely answer when a funnel appears in neither the active nor the inactive list.

Deletion sits next to Deactivate on the same three-dot menu, behind its own Confirm step, and systeme.io describes it as permanent.

The order of checks matters more than it looks. Assume deactivation, confirm it with the filter, and treat deletion as the conclusion you reach last rather than the one you start with.

When it is a page missing, not a funnel

A funnel that is present but short of a step is a different problem, and it has two documented causes.

• The page was moved. Moving a page to another funnel removes it from the original. It is sitting in whichever funnel it was moved to.
• The page was removed. Remove on a page's three-dot menu deletes it permanently once you confirm.

A duplicated page is easier to spot. It appears directly below the original, labelled with (copy).

What actually goes missing

Very little of it, on the evidence of what systeme.io publishes. There is an article for finding deactivated funnels and restoring them, and deletion is described as permanent with no route back.

That is the practical shape of it. A funnel you cannot see is nearly always a funnel you cannot see yet, and the filter is the difference between the two.
