Why the features hardly matter

Every plan carries the same core tools, unlimited emails and 0% transaction fees. You are not buying features as you climb. You are buying room.

Two things do change. Startup lifts you to unlimited funnels and 5 courses. Webinar adds automated webinars. Unlimited adds sub-accounts and a free migration service.

The real reason to upgrade early

If you are still under 2,000 contacts but you have used up your 3 free funnels, upgrade for the funnels, not the contacts. That is the limit most beginners hit first.

Where the plan is changed

Under the profile picture, at Settings, then My plan. systeme.io's pricing FAQ says a plan can be moved up or down at any time from account settings.

That page is owner only. Neither an assistant nor an admin can open it, so a virtual assistant cannot change the plan on your behalf.

Running an agency?

If you want white label or resell rights, that is not on the public pricing table. You have to ask them.

The route is systeme.io's support contact form, whose address is listed with the sources at the bottom of this answer. That page says support runs 24 hours a day with an average response time of 2 hours, and asks for the email address the systeme.io account is under.
