Most people land here from a question that turned out to be about the account rather than about a feature: what the free plan really holds, whether a domain is needed, what survives if the subscription stops. Start with what the free plan actually includes, because the limits it sets are what most of the other answers here are about. Which plan you need follows from that, and the domain answers matter only once you have decided to put a real address in front of it.
