People come here mid-build, usually stuck on access rather than on content. Read the access types first, because that one setting decides who can see what, and most of the problems below are it behaving exactly as configured. Where the videos live matters before you upload a lot of them. The troubleshooting answers, on lectures not appearing and certificates not downloading, are nearly always a setting rather than a fault.

• What happens to a student's access when their payment fails? Nothing happens the moment a card is declined. What ends the access, and what does not bring it back.
• If I delete a student, do they lose their course progress? No bin, no grace period. What Delete erases that the gentler option, Dismiss, does not.
• Can I undo resetting a student's progress? Not from your own dashboard. The 1-month window, and what support needs from you to use it.
• Why can't my students see the lecture I just added? It saved as a draft. The three places that need activating before a student can see anything.
• Can I change the email students get when they join my course? No. Every enrollment route fires the same fixed template, and there is no setting to change it.
• Why can't my student download their certificate of completion? Two switches, not one. Check your own course setting before assuming it is the student's progress.
